I cooked spaghetti squash for the first time and it was easier than I thought.
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Poke holes all over the spaghetti squash with a skewer
- Place in a cooking pan and bake for one hour
- Remove from oven
- Cut in half long ways
- Scoop out seeds and darker meat from the middle
- Use a fork to shred the "noodles" of the squash away from the skin
- Serve and enjoy! I think this has more flavor than real pasta myself and look forward to eating it more often.
