I cooked spaghetti squash for the first time and it was easier than I thought. 

  • Preheat oven to 375°
  • Poke holes all over the spaghetti squash with a skewer
  • Place in a cooking pan and bake for one hour
  • Remove from oven
  • Cut in half long ways
  • Scoop out seeds and darker meat from the middle
  • Use a fork to shred the "noodles" of the squash away from the skin
  • Serve and enjoy! I think this has more flavor than real pasta myself and look forward to eating it more often.
